Last year, Ericsson Eesti AS earned a net profit of 7.8 million euros on sales of 420.7 million euros, which is 19% and 33% less than the year before.
The company's revenue fell mainly due to falling demand. Sales in the European Union fell by 100.2 million euros, while sales outside the European Union rose by 4.4 million euros. According to the annual report, production for the year was 36% below forecast.
Last year, Ericsson Eesti continued to implement a number of projects to develop mobile networks, both radio and core networks. In addition, the company continued to sell remote reading meters and support the corresponding systems.
