The National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities (NEURC) issued Epicenter Generation LLC licenses for the supply of electricity and natural gas.
According to the publication NV, the company Epicenter Generation LLC, founded on July 7, 2024, the final beneficiaries of which are Alexander and Galina Gerega , in addition to the main activity through trade in electrical energy, also noted additional ones – production and transmission of electricity, as well as the construction of structures electricity supply and telecommunications.
The Epicenter group of companies is an omnichannel ecosystem that unites the Epicenter and Novaya Line retail chains, the epicentrk.ua online store, the Epicenter-Agro agricultural holding, the Epicenter Ceramic Corporation ceramic tile production plants, the wood processing enterprise TsBM Osmoloda, and logistics facilities.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, the participants of Epicenter K LLC are Alexander Gerega (51.3%), Galina Gerega (47.97%) and Tatyana Surzhik (0.73%).
Earlier it was reported that Epicenter was launching a seed plant, the operation of which was suspended due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. In March 2024, it was reported that the Epicenter group of companies plans to build a new plastic products plant in Kalinovka, Kyiv region, as well as a sanitary ceramics plant. On July 22, 2024, it was reported that Epicenter was increasing the capacity of the plant, which already exports ceramic products to 14 countries.
In April 2024, the Geregs announced that they were launching a chain of amusement parks. In addition, the chain of construction hypermarkets Epicenter launched another element of its new business strategy – its own shopping centers with third-party tenants.
