Elenger (formerly Eesti Gaas), the largest private energy company in the Baltic-Finnish region and part of the Infortar Investment Company Group, has received approval from the Polish Competition Board to acquire the gas distribution network and energy sales business of the EWE Group located in Western Poland. The deal amounts to 120 million euros, which is the largest known investment of Estonian origin in Poland.
