A ban on the sale of all types of electronic cigarettes and refill containers to persons under 18 years of age, regardless of whether the product contains or does not contain nicotine – such a solution is provided for in the draft law being developed by the Ministry of Health. The government intends to adopt this project in the third quarter of 2024.
