A subsidiary of EfTEN Real Estate Fund has sold a property in the Tähesaju shopping park, where the Hortes garden centre, which owes rent to the company, is currently located, writes dv.ee. The company reported this to the stock exchange. The property was bought by Kinnisvara Info, which will place Konverter Sisustuskeskus there. In July, the fund gave Hortes 30 days to pay off the rent arrears in the amount of 250,000 euros. As of the end of July, the tenant had not paid the debt, and on 13 August, the fund entered into a purchase and sale agreement for the property in Tähesaju. Hortes will cease its operations in the Tähesaju shopping park on 13 September. Read more on dv.ee.
