Mazovian police intervened at the site of an accident in Zdziwój Nowy, in Pierzasnya County. A 28-year-old resident lost control over a farm tractor and the driving ended on an road tree. As a result of injuries the tractor was transported to a nearby hospital.
It turned out that the man does not have the right to drive, because they had been something years old revoked for driving after drunk. This time he also was on completely drunk. He blew in almost 3.2 promil of alcohol.
The irresponsible man will face the court again. He is responsible for driving a vehicle in an intoxicated state and without authorization, and also for
causing a collision. He faces a punishment of imprisonment, a fine and a judicial ban
for driving vehicles.
