Do retail chains violate tax law by artificially lowering prices? There is a notice to the National Tax Administration

In the opinion of the Association of Butchers and Meats of the Republic of Poland, the artificial lowering of meat prices practiced by retail chains violates the provisions of tax law. SRW RP submitted a notification to the National Tax Administration in this matter
