Starting July 15, Dmitry Kim will join the Ozon team.

As director of government relations, he will formulate the company’s position on legislative initiatives in the field of e-commerce and the operation of digital platforms, develop industry practices for interaction with partners and business communities, and also promote the expansion of logistics infrastructure and service availability in the regions.
Dmitry Kim has extensive experience working in federal authorities and major IT players. Until September 2023, he held the position of Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Digital Development, where he was responsible for the telecommunications sector – from state regulation of the market to the development of new services and promising technologies. During Dmitry’s work, 75 thousand socially significant objects throughout the country were connected to high-speed Internet, a project to lay optical fiber under water in Chukotka was implemented, and a strategy for the development of the telecom industry until 2035 was developed.
Dmitry Kim held senior positions at the largest Russian digital services provider Rostelecom for 9 years, including heading the macro-regional branch Center. In addition, Dmitry was responsible for product, marketing and commerce for several years at the Internet service and cable television provider National Cable Networks (later included in Rostelecom).
