Dino Polska announced that on June 26, the following people were appointed to the Supervisory Board of the new term, which will start on January 1, 2025:

Tomasz Biernacki is the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dino
In addition, the company received a letter in which Tomasz Biernacki, using the powers specified in §13 point 4 point 1 of the Company's Articles of Association, appointed himself to the Supervisory Board, where he will serve as chairman.
Let us recall that in 2023, the supervisory board of Dino Polska SA consisted of five members: Tomasz Biernacki, Maciej Polanowski, Eryk Bajer, Piotr Nowjalis and Sławomir Jakszuk. On December 11, 2023, Piotr Nowjalis resigned from his position as a member of the supervisory board. On January 24, 2024, the EGM of Dino Polska appointed Piotr Borowski to the board.
Dino no dividend for 2023
The Ordinary General Meeting of the company decides that the fixed monthly remuneration of the member of the Supervisory Board serving as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board is increased to PLN 18,000. PLN gross.
Dino decided to divide the net profit for the financial year 2023 in the amount of PLN 1,171,050 thousand. PLN in such a way that the entire profit is allocated to supplementary capital.
– We assume that in the future we will be a company paying dividends, but currently our main goal is to develop the Dino network. So far, we have allocated all of our profits to this purpose, the company states on its website.
Throughout 2023, Dino had PLN 25,666.3 million in revenues (an increase of 29.6% yoy), PLN 2,232.7 million of EBITDA (an increase of 21.5% yoy) and PLN 1,405.3 million of net profit (an increase by 24.1% y/y). LfL sales growth amounted to 17.2% in 2023. compared to 28.5 percent a year before. At the end of 2023, there were 2,406 stores with the red Dino logo in Poland.
