The subsidy is addressed to farmers who, among others:
- meet the definition of a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise;
- they have a farm with an area of no more than 300 ha, the economic size of which in the initial year does not exceed 25,000. euro;
- they deal with organic production or organic production and preparation for sale of manufactured products or start activities in the field of introducing food to the market within a short supply chain (KŁD);
- they obtained income from the sale of agricultural products produced on the farm in the amount of not less than PLN 5,000. zloty;
- they do not operate solely for scientific and research purposes.

What can funds from the Small Farms Development program be used for?
Aid will be granted in the form of a lump sum payment of PLN 120,000. zloty. These funds can be used, for example, for construction investments or the purchase of necessary equipment, machines, devices and appliances. It is important that as a result of the implementation of the planned projects, the gross sales value of agricultural products increases by at least 30%. in relation to the value of base income established for the farm and not less than to the level corresponding to the equivalent of the minimum wage in 2024.

When and how to submit an application?
The recruitment period will last from July 25 to August 22, 2024. Applications for aid can only be submitted via the IT system – via the ARiMR Electronic Services Platform (PUE).
The limit of financial resources up to which ARiMR may grant aid under the recruitment is PLN 235 million.
