When choosing a construction company for Keila Pargikodud, Invego chose NOBE. The cost of the construction work for the new residential area, which will have 120 apartments, is 17 million euros. The first houses will be ready in 2025. According to Kristjan-Tor Vähi, the head of Invego, the decision in favour of NOBE was made not only because of a really strong offer, but also based on the experience of previous successful cooperation in the construction of the residential areas of Tiskreoja, Tabasalu Kodu, Lukkaranna and Uus-Järveküla. “In the case of a new residential area, choosing a partner construction company is an important strategic decision, and a good price has never been the only argument for Invego. We want to build homes for people as thriftily as we would build for ourselves, which is why we consider it very important that the construction company adheres to the same values,” Vähi emphasised. Priit Nigols, Construction Director and Member of the Board of NOBE, also considers the long-term cooperation to be successful in all respects. “We have the same vision for creating a holistic living environment with Invego, and this mutual understanding and trust ensures both a smooth construction process and the high quality of the end result,” said Nigols. The 30,000 square metre residential area, which will be built next to the pine park in the centre of Keila, has been designed taking into account the value of the park area and the existing greenery. “The houses of Keila Pargikodud will be built so that they fit into the forest area as a whole, creating a pleasant holistic living environment and providing residents with sufficient privacy,” explained Vähi. The Keila Pargikodud residential area will consist of six apartment buildings in energy class A. There will be a total of 120 apartments with balconies and terraces. The apartments will have from one to five rooms. The Keila Pargikodud district is designed by the architectural bureau Apex Arhitektuuribüroo.
