From today, that is, 30 January 2025 year. the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Development of the specific requirements for the quality of commercial packaging of some beverages spirits (OJ. U. of 2025 year, pos. 118), which in practice means the complete prohibition of introducing into circulation spirits in packages of the pouch type that is the so-called pub. alkotube – informed in communication the resort of agriculture.
New regulations also specify the minimum capacity and type of beverage packaging sold in Poland. According to new regulations spirit beverages with capacity up to 200 ml may
be sold in packages only in bottles or cans.
