– The idea of this competition is to select the most dynamic entities in the dairy industry. The members of the Chapter, after deliberations, based on the collected data of the assessed entities, selected the winners in the following ranking categories: Small, Medium and Large Dairy Cooperatives, Green Solutions Enterprise, Research and Development Activities, Corporate Social Responsibility. In addition to the above-mentioned ranking categories, the winners were indicated in the categories of Expansion Leader and Innovative product concept offering benefits for both health and the planet, in packaging dedicated to the dairy industry – informs the Polish Chamber of Milk.
Business Woman and Manager of the Year Award
The announcement of the results of the 17th Dairy Cooperative Ranking took place during the ceremonial Gala of the 21st International Dairy Community Forum at the NIE Theatre in Białystok. The awards were presented by Jacek Czerniak – Secretary of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Jacek Brzozowski, Voivode of Podlasie, Bogdan Dyjuk – member of the Voivodeship Board, and Alicja Łepkowska – Gołaś – member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. Dairies are short of milk, production costs are rising. The reason is prosaic
In the Corporate Social Responsibility category, the winner was the District Cooperative in Łowicz, and in the Research and Development Activities and as an Enterprise of Green Solutions, the Mlekovita Dairy Cooperative proved to be unrivaled.
In addition to the above-mentioned ranking categories, awards were also given in special categories: the Expansion Leader was awarded to the District Dairy Cooperative in Koło, while the District Dairy Cooperative WART MILK in Sieradz was once again distinguished, this time in the category of Innovative product concept offering benefits for both health and the planet, in packaging dedicated to the dairy industry.
Individual awards for Business Woman and Manager of the Year were received by Bernadeta Glapiak and Stefan Stachowiak. Both work at the Dairy Cooperative in Gostyń.
