The agreement marks the beginning of a multi-year partnership based on a mutual focus on creativity and innovation. The partnership comes as Coty continues to grow and diversify its portfolio, constantly introducing new products, brands and investment strategies.

The new partnership also reinforces Coty’s reputation as a partner for global brands looking to create or enhance their beauty portfolio. The Swarovski Crystal Business is present in more than 140 countries around the world through 2,300 Swarovski boutiques and select multibrand partners. The new partnership will enable Swarovski to increase the brand’s presence and visibility in the beauty market and diversify its product portfolio. In addition, it will bring its unique essence of pop luxury and joyful extravagance to the beauty industry, creating luxury products that celebrate individuality.

– We are pleased to announce our new long-term partnership with Swarovski to develop and launch exciting new fragrance and cosmetic lines. Known for its cutting-edge technology and unparalleled craftsmanship, Swarovski has garnered significant recognition among global consumers, making it ideally suited for worldwide introduction in key markets such as EMEA, the Americas and Asia. This licensing agreement is in line with Coty’s strategy of focusing on licenses with compounding potential across multiple categories. We are delighted to begin working with Swarovski to develop a truly ingenious cosmetic offering that impresses with elegance and expresses uniqueness,” says Jean Holtzmann, Coty Chief Brands Officer Prestige.

– Entering into a partnership with Coty is a significant step for Swarovski as we continue to expand our brand into new product categories. This agreement allows us to bring Swarovski’s unique Pop Luxury positioning – luxury that is creative, fun, colorful and joyfully extravagant – to the world of cosmetics and fragrances, while leveraging Coty’s extensive industry expertise. Together, we will create beautiful and luxurious products that reflect our shared commitment to quality and innovation. We look forward to the endless possibilities this partnership will bring,” comments Michele Molon, Swarovski’s chief operating officer.

The first offering under this licensing agreement is expected to launch in 2026.
