
DOUGLAS, the European leader in the omnichannel premium beauty segment, has leased over 46 200 sq.m. of warehouse and office space in CTPark Warsaw South. The distribution center in Sub-Warsaw Mszczonów is support for service sales in omnichannel model.
DOUGLAS leases warehouse space in CTPark Warsaw South
from the moment entered the Polish market over 24 years ago, DOUGLAS is strengthening its position, not only by investing in openings or upgrading perfumery stations, but also developing a e-commerce platform with a large fan of brands and products.
The CTPark Warsaw South will open the main distribution center DOUGLAS in Poland and the th world. The company will occupy the whole building WARS 01, in which is culminating an office of 1 317 sqm, a also warehouse of a meterage of 44 940 sq.m. This in a total of over 46 200 sq. in strategic location from the point of view management chain of supplies. It will be possible to store up to 8 million products at once. This number of assortments can in full supply 350 perfumery stations. Articles, on every day stored at CTPark Warsaw South, will be distributed in Poland, central Europe and in the Baltic countries: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Warehouse will also supply European centers with assortment of own brands.
The milestone in development DOUGLAS
The new central warehouse for the region of Europe Central .Eastern is a milestone in implementing the strategic goals of DOUGLAS in the supply chain. The facility will serve two purposes: supporting the whole market in Europe by distributing exclusive brands and meeting the needs in supplies omnichannel in all countries in Central Eastern Europe. The building has been appropriately adapted to the tenant’s needs. Among applied modifications can be indicated: increasing the level of natural light into the building, extending the DALI lighting by additional sensors and affected zones, improving the standard of fire protection, and also upgrading the park with solutions of security and monitoring. Additionally the operation of the warehouse will be assisted by robotic systems, a collection, processing and analysis of data about media supported technology Smart Metering System. As a source of both heating, as and cooling will serve -andthefrequentlyimplementedininvestmentsCTPasthestandard-heat pumps.Fromthecountyontheroofthere willbeaphotovoltaicinstallationofpowerup to0.5MWp.
