"The rebranding of the company is a natural step in our development – we have been successfully operating in the Latvian market for 14 years, constantly expanding the range of services provided and improving their quality. Now we have reached the stage when the company has simply “outgrown” its previous name “Būvuzraugi LV”, the “BLV Advisory Group” brand with an updated structure of services more accurately reflects our mission, values and growth prospects,” says the head of the company. According to the company's management, the expansion of activities is associated not only with the requirement for a standardized approach to project implementation, but also with the industry's request to meet deadlines and budget. This often becomes a problem in the local market due to lack of planning and careless attitude towards quality. The BLV Advisory Group team includes specialized specialists with deep knowledge and experience working on objects from various industries: residential and commercial real estate, medical and educational institutions, sports and cultural centers, as well as shopping, infrastructure and industrial complexes.
