The Dominican Passage will be built in Tarnobrzeg
Pasaż Dominikański will be built in the central part of Tarnobrzeg, at Sikorskiego Street. The street where the investment will be built is the main communication artery of Tarnobrzeg and provides easy access for both pedestrians and motorized customers. The location of the facility in a densely populated district additionally increases the potential number of visitors.
"This is an important day for the residents of Tarnobrzeg. I am glad that we can contribute to the implementation of this long-awaited investment. I am convinced that we will use our extensive experience gained on the construction of dozens of shopping and logistics centers in many parts of the country. We will carry out the project while maintaining the highest standards of work and with respect for the environment and the local community," said Maciej Tomaszewski, STRABAG spokesman.
The area of Pasaż Dominikański will be 6,400 m2 GLA and will house 22 stores. A diverse retail offer is planned for Pasaż, including well-known clothing brands, as well as stores with everyday goods and catering outlets. There will be no shortage of stores from the cosmetics, drugstore, jewelry, sports, as well as a grocery store. The investor also plans to create relaxation zones where residents will be able to spend their free time.
"The residents of Tarnobrzeg are eagerly awaiting the opening of Pasaż Dominikański. This investment has the potential to become an important point on the city's commercial map, attracting local customers and tourists. Many residents hope that the retail park – by creating new jobs and increasing the attractiveness of the city – will contribute to the economic revival of Tarnobrzeg. This investment may also increase the value of real estate in the area and improve the city's infrastructure," says Wojciech Kardas, president of Wo-Kar Inwestycje.
Over 100 parking spaces under Pasaż Dominikański
The investment includes the construction of over 100 parking spaces for motorized customers. Additionally, numerous facilities for people with disabilities are planned, including wide entrances.
"We are creating a shopping and service offer in such a way that Pasaż Dominikański can significantly impact the local community. We deeply believe that thanks to its excellent location and well-thought-out, diversified retail offer, it can become one of the most important retail outlets in the region. It will certainly also be a natural meeting place and integration for residents," says Izabela Polak-Chmielewski, BOIG Consulting.
