The HD Development company in the Domodedovo urban district has begun construction of new buildings as part of the Yuzhny complex. The complex will include about 420 thousand sq. m of warehouse and production space, class A+. The press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region spoke about the implementation of the project .

The volume of investment by HD Development in the implementation of a large-scale project is estimated at 25–30 billion rubles. More than 3 thousand jobs will be created for residents of the Moscow region on the territory of the complex.
The project will be implemented at the intersection of the M-4 Don highway, Kashirskoye Highway and the Central Ring Road. The presence of three federal highways at once will allow companies located on the territory of the complex to deliver products to any district of Moscow and the region with minimal time costs, and the direct route to the Moscow Ring Road along the M-4 Don highway will take only 18 minutes.
“Our project is actively developing, and we recently started construction of two new buildings. Thus, we received permission to build a freezer warehouse with a total area of more than 24 thousand square meters, which will be one of the most technologically advanced on the market. In addition, our team began building a dry heated warehouse with an area of 18 thousand square meters on the territory of Yuzhny,” said HD Development CEO Leonid Kaprov .
