Retail Park in Zwoleń is an investment consisting of two buildings with a total area of nearly 5,000 sq m. GLA. The commercialization level of the project exceeded the 70% threshold. The tenants include Biedronka, Rossmann, CCC, Media Expert and Sinsay.

“We are in very advanced talks with potential partners. I deeply believe that soon we will be able to share further information about the new tenants of this park," says Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz, president of Refield.
The Refield investment is located at the intersection of Konopnicka and Kochanowskiego streets (DK 79). The planned completion of construction and commissioning of the facility will take place this year. This is the only investment of this type in the city and the immediate vicinity.
Refield plans to implement investments in Sanok, Ciechanów, Bartoszyce, Leżajsk and the second stage of the retail park in Lidzbark Warmiński.
