In June of this year, the manufacturer Balticovo launched its new product – egg pasta. So far, this is only a pilot project, but the ambitions are big, admits Toms Auškaps, member of the company’s board, director of development and communications. Incidentally, the company does not disclose the location of the production. The main products of Balticovo are eggs and egg products. “Our egg ice cream, which we have been offering for several years, is a great example of how eggs can be used in an innovative and tasty way. Now that we are expanding our offer, it is the turn of egg pasta,” says Auškaps. Work on the concept and development of Balticovo egg pasta began about a year ago.
