On July 5, it became known that Mr. Goldort sold his 55.44% stake in SDEK to Cluster Capital JSC. Mr. Piksaev owns 37% of SDEK shares. The remaining co-owners are Inna Yakovleva (6.5%) and Evgeniy Tsatsura (1%).
