Where will the retail park be built in Bielsko-Biała?
The project is being built near the S1 expressway junction, at the entrance to the city center, in the immediate vicinity of existing facilities such as the Castorama DIY store, Merkury Market and the KFC drive restaurant. It will be the largest retail park in the region – approximately 22,000 sq m. The leasable area will include over 20 stores of well-known and popular chain brands. There will also be a large, convenient parking lot for customers. Together with the surrounding commercial facilities, including: Sarnim Stokiem Shopping Center – a new retail park will create the largest concentration of trade and services in Bielsko-Biała.
The opening is planned for the fourth quarter of 2024.
