Marcin Nawrocki has joined the Comfort team, taking the position Chief Operating Officer. For the last two decades he developed his career at Bel-Pol, where he fulfilled the Director of Commerce.

Since February 2025 year his principal task is to supervise the development and transformation of the own store and franchise – a key element of strategy for further growth of the Comfort brand.

The new COO will be responsible for management and transformation of the network, sales offline and B2B, a also for cooperation with architects – informs the company.

Marcin Nawrocki has rich experience in managing sales structures and developing commercial networks. During years of working in Bel-.Pol actively participated in transforming the network wholesaler of the widespread offer of construction and finishing materials in a modern operator operating in all channels of distribution in the “FLOORS & DOORS.” His priority was to strengthen the premium retail segment, which combined a complex portfolio of products with service installation, responding to the needs of the most demanding customers.
