– Peakside is distinguished by a business model called "one stop shop". It offers comprehensive services from investment concepts to fund and asset management. The company invests in modern logistics and industrial facilities, and together with or on behalf of other entities manages entrusted real estate as part of the entire added value chain. My goal is to support Peakside in finding new business opportunities and developing further Urban Logistics-type projects. In addition to Warsaw, we want to implement new greenfield and brownfield investments in other cities in Poland – comments Jakub Budych, Business Development Director at Peakside Capital Advisors in Poland.
In his new role as development director, he will be responsible for increasing the scale of Peakside Capital Advisors' operations by identifying and developing new business opportunities and assessing goals and ongoing projects in Poland.

Its completion is planned for this year. It is also the first multi-let facility as part of the phased reconstruction of the logistics park.
The C2 building is currently under construction and will offer a total of over 25,000 sq m. surface. Individual urban modules will range from 1,600 to 4,300 sq m.
