Proposal for merger in I half 2025 year.
The proposed merger proposal should be available as early as in the first half of 2025 year, and then be submitted to committees of both companies for decision. Merger requires also the approval of antitrust authorities.
According to representatives of the company, both partners of the merger are perfectly complementary in terms of market positions and portfolio products.
