He started his professional career in 1997, when he joined Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific – a company that produces and distributes Nestlé breakfast cereals. For many years he was associated with the finance department, and in 2010 he became the company's financial director. In 2015-2017, he served as managing director of Cereal Partners Worldwide in Ukraine and Moldova. He was then responsible for Nestlé's breakfast cereals business in the Nordic countries, contributing to improved results thanks to a successfully implemented transformation. Since January 2020, he has been the President of the Management Board of Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific.
