A large drop in the price of wheat on MATIF

Wheat in the September delivery contract on MATIF fell by 3.1% yesterday. and cost EUR 221.25/t (PLN 947/t), and on a y/y basis the prices dropped by 3.0%. The price of corn on the Paris Stock Exchange in the August contract fell by 0.8%. and amounted to EUR 213.25/t (PLN 912/t), and over the last year it decreased by 5.5%.

Corn prices on CBoT fell by almost 4%.

Wheat on CBoT fell by 3.4% in the July contract. and cost USD 203.19/t. On a y/y basis, the prices fell by 13.5%. The price of corn in the July delivery contract on the Chicago Stock Exchange fell by 3.8%. and amounted to USD 155.80/t, and over the last year it decreased by 29.4%.
