They will involve modernizing the arrangement of stores in three centers. The new layout will enable even better display of the product range. There will also be a wide entrance to the premises and a glass showcase with LED screens. Screens will also appear indoors. The entire space will be divided into various product sections to facilitate shopping.
CCC stores are the foundation of the footwear offer
– As consumer research has shown us, CCC is currently among the most frequently chosen stores in all three facilities. For many of our customers, it is now the first choice store for shopping for shoes for the whole family. Buyers are attracted by the wide range of products and well-known brands, including sports ones, which are available in CCC stores – adds Karolina Nitowska.
Shopping centers in the Greenman Poland portfolio are also changing. Nowe Czyżyny, Nowe Bielawy and Nowa Górna are facilities that have undergone modernization of passages, facades and surroundings in recent years. The centers also gained many new tenants, including from the fashion segment.
Two of them – Nowa Górna and Nowe Bielawy – have undergone expansion, resulting in the creation of modern convenience complexes, facilitating everyday shopping for the whole family. A retail park was built near the center of Łódź, which could accommodate 4 new tenants, while in the center of Toruń, two such facilities with 7 tenants were created.
