Additionally, in 65 of the largest hypermarkets in Poland, the company will build dedicated anniversary displays, and the nationwide promotional campaign will be accompanied by activations, within which customers will be able to buy selected Barbie products with a 65% discount and win Barbie gift sets.

Carrefour Polska continues to implement initiatives aimed at strengthening business relations with its suppliers. The next, after the expansion of the “Mój Carrefour” loyalty platform, within which the chain will provide its partners with knowledge that allows them to more effectively promote products and acquire new customers, is the development of exclusive pro-sales projects. They include, among others, special decorations and theatricalization of the sales room, dedicated customer activations combined with the expansion of the assortment and limited offers, as well as external and in-store communication.

Carrefour has distinguished itself in Poland for years with exceptional relations with its suppliers. Thanks to the unique omnichannel model covering various formats of stationary stores, online store, Mój Carrefour platform, as well as food and non-food assortment, we are able to offer our business partners the possibility of much more effective influence on customers' purchasing decisions than in other formats, e.g. discount stores – says Piotr Lubiewa-Wieleżyński, Director of the Development of Formats and Commercial Concepts Department at Carrefour Polska. The campaign for the 65th anniversary of Barbie shows how strong we are on the market in the non-food assortment and why it is worth coming to Carrefour for shopping. Only in our offer will customers find the largest selection of Barbie products in stationary stores, many limited products, as well as engaging campaigns building interest in the brand. We will focus on such activities with suppliers in Poland and build our competitive advantage on this on the market – adds Piotr Lubiewa-Wieleżyński.

On the occasion of Barbie's 65th anniversary, a special campaign celebrating the brand's anniversary will be held in the 65 largest Carrefour hypermarkets in Poland for 65 days. The stores will feature additional, spectacular displays, which will group Barbie products from all categories – from toys, through textiles, school products and perfumery, to sweets. Additionally, as part of the campaign, a special event will be held in Carrefour Warsaw Westfield Arkadia, during which the so-called Barbie Boxes will be won – limited sets of Barbie products worth PLN 650.

The exhibitions and the competition will be accompanied by a promotional campaign, in which Carrefour customers will be able to benefit from a 65% discount on limited editions of Barbie-licensed products (including a 65th anniversary doll, a T-shirt, a school kit and a set of socks) when purchasing Barbie products for a minimum amount of PLN 150.

The Barbie 65th anniversary campaign will be promoted through in-store media, catalogue communication, digital activations and collaboration with influencers.
