Reader Maaleht: I am an entrepreneur – an individual. I rented out the apartment that belonged to me. The agreement contained the following clause: with the end of the lease agreement, the electricity purchase and sale agreement ends. The lease agreement has expired, but the tenant does not intend to vacate the apartment or pay rent for it. Since the electricity purchase and sale agreement is in my name, can I contact Eesti Energia and ask to turn off the electricity?
