Due to the submission of a request for reconsideration, the decision of July 15, 2024 is not final.
Let us recall that the penalty was imposed due to failure to notify Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" SA with its registered office in Łomża and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority about:
– exceeding 5% of the total number of votes in PEPEES on 29 July 2016 together with an entity holding shares in its own name but on behalf of the company,
– exceeding 10% of the total number of votes in PEPEES on 9 November 2016 together with an entity holding shares in its own name but on behalf of the company
– increasing on 9 October 2017 the previously held share of over 10% in the total number of votes in PEPEES by over 2% together with the entity holding shares in its own name but on behalf of the company,
– exceeding 15% of the total number of votes in PEPEES on 16 October 2017 together with an entity holding shares in its own name but on behalf of the company,
– exceeding 20% of the total number of votes in PEPEES on 30 November 2017 together with an entity holding shares in its own name but on behalf of the company,
– increasing on 23 July 2018 the previously held share of over 10% in the total number of votes in PEPEES by over 2%, together with the entity holding shares in its own name but on behalf of the company.
