On Wednesday, September 11, the food and other goods delivery platform was down for some time. The application did not allow orders to be placed, indicating that delivery from all stores, restaurants, cafes and other retail outlets would only be available on Thursday. Kristaps Purvinskis, the head of Bolt Food in Latvia, confirmed to the Delfi portal that technical problems with the application arose in the first half of the day. "Our team actively worked to resolve the issue, and now the application has returned to full operation and continues to provide food delivery services. We apologize to our customers, couriers and restaurants for the inconvenience caused," Purvinskis said. Bolt Food users in Estonia encountered a similar problem today. Bolt Food informed the rus.delfi.ee portal that the application had technical problems.
