The nationwide recruitment campaign is another employer branding activity of the Lidl Polska brand

The campaign is aimed at people who are professionally active or looking for employment, as well as those looking for flexibility and part-time employment. The campaign communication will last 4 weeks and will focus on online activities, social media, and offline – in newspapers, newsletters and radio.

As part of the campaign, there will also be over 40 meetings in the "Open Days" formula in stores, where candidates will be able to learn more about recruitment processes in a given location. In the campaign, Lidl Polska emphasizes the numerous advantages of working for the company, such as employment stability, a benefits package, competitive pay, and equal pay for women and men in equal positions.

– In the latest campaign, we show why it is worth working at Lidl Polska. We offer not only a wide range of benefits, competitive salaries and attractive conditions, but we also focus on people and their development. Many of our employees have been with us for years, and we are happy that we can employ more people and thus have a positive impact on the development of the Polish economy. We offer secure work, for years, for years – says Marta Florczak, member of the board of Lidl Polska.

Working at Lidl Polska – what else besides salary

As an employer, Lidl Polska can boast high wages – among the highest in the trade – the chain reports.

In 2024 alone, the chain allocated over PLN 240 million for pay rises and the creation of new jobs. The company also supports the idea of fair pay, which is why all employees, regardless of gender, receive the same salaries in the same positions. Only competences decide. Lidl Polska consciously takes action to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity.

Additionally, Lidl Polska guarantees a wide range of non-wage benefits, such as: private medical care, group insurance, MultiSport and Medicover Sport cards, training, school supplies for "babies" and first-graders, as well as a free support program for a psychologist, lawyer and financial advisor, as well as annual personal accident insurance for children and grandchildren of employees, covering accidents up to the age of 25.

The history of the Lidl chain dates back to the 1930s, and the first chains under the brand name were established in Germany in the 1970s. Currently, there are over 12,000 stores of this brand in 31 countries, and over 900 in Poland.
