Investment by BIG Shopping Centers and Acteeum Group
BIG Ostróda will be the largest shopping complex in the region, with a total area of 25,000 sq m. sq m GLA will offer 30 stores and a free-standing DIY store, Castorama.
The general contractor of the investment is Mirbud SA, which carries out advanced construction works.
BIG Ostróda shopping complex
The Ostróda shopping center is being built on a plot located on the main entrance road to the city center, directly next to the S7 expressway junction connecting Warsaw and Gdańsk and the S16 leading to Olsztyn and Grudziądz.
There will be a Castorama DIY store, a Biedronka supermarket and New Yorker, Smyk, CCC, Sinsay, Cropp, House, Media Expert, Martes Sport, 4F, Komfort, Diverse, Rossmann and others. The facility will also offer additional services such as a drive-thru restaurant, gas station, infrastructure for charging electric vehicles, car wash and over 700 parking spaces.
BIG Ostróda will be the first and largest shopping complex of this type in the region.
The direct reach of Ostróda Power Center will cover over 120,000 inhabitants, over 500,000 tourists visiting the city every year, as well as intensive transit traffic of the S7 and S16 routes.
