In the most expensive apartment deal 2024 year a apartment in Tallinn changed owner for 1,26 million euros, while the most expensive deal with an

apartment in Jõgeva was only 72 500 euros.

In Pärnu the most expensive deal with an apartment last year reached 700 000 euros, and in Tartu – 654 809 euros. The most expensive deals exceeded a quarter of a million euros in Haapsalu (351 500 euros), Narva (337 000 euros), Rakvere (300 000 euros) and Kuressaare (285 900 euros), writes LVM Kinnisvara.

The cheapest deal with an apartment (less than 5000 euros) was concluded in twelve cities. The cheapest apartment changed owner in Valga for only 50 euros, in Viljandi – for 5000 euros,inRapla-for8000eurosandinKärdla-for9000euros.
