Biedronka in its stores through speakers informs, that it charges a recycling fee for thin reclosures, the so-called “rip-offs”, if they are used to package other products than bread, fruits and vegetables and candy for weight. Customers will pay 25 groszy per piece in the use of picks to package products, which have already store packaging.
Very light bags for purchases of plastic with thickness of material of less than 15 micrometers, called further “rippers” function in shops, to protect products such as bread, fruits and vegetables and confectionery sold loose.
Pick-ups may be offered to customers free (without charging recycling fee from purchasing pick-ups) only in situations, in which these are required for hygienic reasons or offered as basic packaging of food loose, when it helps to prevent waste of food. In other cases the fee is 25 PLN.
The recycling fee collected is deposited in a separate bank account kept by the Marshal of the province at the deadline by 15 day of the month following the quarter, in which it was collected.
From the county in accordance with art 29a of the law of the day 21 of November 2008 year. on supporting thermal upgrades and renovations and on central evidence of the emission performance of buildings (Dz. U. of 2022 year. pos. 438, with late changes) the equivalent of the recycling fee, of which is talked in the law of the day 13 June 2013 year. on management of packaging and waste packaging, it is posted, in the bank account of the Fund of Thermal Modernization and Repairs, in accordance with the requirement resulting from implementation of the agreements, on which the agreement in art. 11c paragraph. 1 (projects low-carbon), in year:
