The building at the intersection of Brivibas and Pernavas streets, which has housed the legendary Santa un Barbara store for almost 20 years, will be sold at auction. This was reported to VAS Valsts nekustamie īpašumi (VNĪ). Delfi Bizness found out whether this means that the store will now be forced to leave the premises and how realistic it is to sell this complex. As noted in VNĪ, the lease agreement with SIA Javis, which manages the Santa un Barbara store, will end at the beginning of 2027. Will the store be able to remain at this address until this date or will it have to move out sooner?
