– The District Court in Bydgoszcz, 15th Commercial Division, ul. Toruńska 64A, 85-128 Bydgoszcz, announces that in the case for declaring bankruptcy of the debtor, ZAKŁADY MIĘSNE W BYDGOSZCZ "BYD-MEAT" SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA W LIKWIDACJA, an application for approval of the terms of sale has been filed – we read in the court decision.
Let us recall that since 2003 the company has not settled its debts to its suppliers, who eventually started to pursue their rights in court.
Byd-Meat filed for bankruptcy in the summer of 2008. Then, attempts were made to revive the company. Ultimately, they failed.
The plant employed about 400 people. The State Treasury had a 25% stake in the enterprise.
