Avito has created a purchasing service for small and medium-sized businesses that will allow entrepreneurs to aggregate information on optimal prices upon request, Vedomosti writes, citing a company representative.

The service was called “Request for Commercial Proposals”. It is now available on the desktop version. At the first stage, entrepreneurs will be able to purchase business equipment through it, and later the categories “Construction”, “Business Services” and “Commercial Transport” will be added to it.
The target audience of the service from buyers will be either individual entrepreneurs (IEs) or employees working in small and medium-sized businesses. Self-employed people will not be able to use the service.
The customer will have to fill out an application indicating the characteristics of the service or product received. Then the algorithm will select suitable sellers, collecting them in a summary table and requesting additional information from the seller there. The seller will not pay anything for participating in the selection of proposals.
