Avito Rabota analysts studied the dynamics of the number of resumes of specialists and found that, compared to the first quarter of 2024, in the second quarter of this year, the number of resumes on the platform increased by 16%.

The largest number of resumes were posted by marketplace managers (+38%), graphic designers (+34%) and SMM specialists (+34%). Over the past three months, the largest number of resumes were posted by marketplace managers. Their number has grown by 38% compared to Q1 2024. On average, employers offer entry-level specialists a salary of 59,556 rubles per month for full-time employment. At the same time, managers with two years of experience can count on salary offers of up to 100,000 rubles and above.
Graphic designers began to look for work 34% more often than in the first quarter of this year. The average salaries offered to them were 50,987 rubles per month for a full working day. When analyzing average values, offers for entry-level specialists were taken into account, without taking into account salary forks for experienced employees and managers.
The number of SMM specialists' resumes also increased by 34% compared to Q1 2024. Employers are ready to offer entry-level employees and candidates without experience an average of 51,969 rubles per month. At the same time, senior specialists and team leaders can count on salary offers of over 100,000 rubles per month.
According to the platform, job seekers are expressing interest in the advertising and marketing fields: the number of resumes of specialists looking for a job as an advertising manager has grown by 28%. The profession of a marketer also made it to the top with a 20% increase in resumes over the quarter. Employers are ready to offer entry-level employees without experience in these areas an average of 68,148 and 71,318 rubles per month, respectively.
