"The active development of e-commerce and marketplaces, as well as high consumer demand, are the reasons for the shortage of personnel in warehouse logistics. Companies need to improve the efficiency of work processes and increase the speed of order processing – as a result, we are seeing competition between employers for personnel. The salary race, including in the logistics sector, is slowing down, so in the short term, employers will continue to offer bonuses to attract and retain qualified personnel," commented Artem Egorenkov, Director of the Taxi, Transport and Logistics Category at Avito Works.
