Sierra Balmain has been providing comprehensive services in the field of management of the commercial part of CH Osowa for one of the co-owners of the facility, Stage Capital, since 2023. As part of the cooperation, the company carries out operational management, finance and accounting, leasing, management of lease agreements, marketing activities and asset management.
Now the company has expanded the scope of its services in CH Osowa, thanks to cooperation with the second owner – OIK Gdańsk Retail Project Sp. z oo, a company belonging to HANSAINVEST funds and responsible for the part of the gallery where the Auchan hypermarket is located. Since July, Sierra Balmain has been providing leasing services for OIK Gdańsk Retail Projekt Sp. z oo, and then from November it will also take over lease administration.
HANSAINVEST, part of SIGNAL IDUNA, is one of the largest German financial and insurance groups and operates as an asset manager throughout Europe.
