Applications for an energy voucher can be submitted from August 1 to September 30, 2024 online (ePUAP platform and mObywatel application) and in paper form. An application in paper form must be signed with a handwritten signature, and in electronic form – with a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature. People who decide to choose the traditional form can send the application at a post office. A printable application form is available on the website of the Ministry of Climate and Environment.

Applications for an energy voucher via Poczta Polska
Poczta Polska supports digitally excluded people and people who prefer to use traditional solutions (e.g. paper forms). Sending documents via it is certified with a stamp with the date of posting. The application can be sent at Poczta Polska's own branch, a postal branch or a postal agency. In total, customers can choose from approximately 7.6 thousand. locations where they can send a parcel containing an application entitling them to support.
