The Labor Inspectorate is once again releasing a selection of companies that it plans to inspect this year. The list first of the businesses that operate in areas with high levels of productive risk, where no analysis of the risks of the work environment and/or few accidents have occurred. The list included slightly more than 2300 businesses.The release of the list gives employers the opportunity to check the safety of the work environment, the observance of work time and rest time, issue and use of personal protective equipment, and whether the validity of the risk
analysis and whether it is reported in the
Self-Service Labor Inspection system. The list of

First of all they in their number are businesses whose areas of activity are connected with a higher level of risk. There are businesses those operating in those areas where the production produces the most accidents with fatal incidents or severe consequences , where the most occupational illnesses and work-related illnesses, or where the most of all health hazards occur. The sample also included companies where no analysis of the risks of the work environment or where there are more complaints, accidents in production and work disputes.However, it may occur that the enterprise is not in the list above, but the inspector will always review it within a year,
as the enterprise is inwill be diagnosed an occupational illness, will have an accident with any signal or complaint. The sample did not include firms where the management is the only
employee. The Labor Inspectorate plans to visit first of all those places where hazardous factors affect a large number of workers. The Labor Inspection Inspections will be conducted in the 2025 year, although the List does not specify when the inspector will visit the business. Normally, the employer is notified before the inspection, but some inspections may be conducted without prior notification. Safety techniques and labor safety and labor relations will be inspected to prevent accidents in production, avoid work-related illnesses and create a work environment where everyone would
