Economic growth in the Baltic countries in the first quarter of this year was the strongest since the beginning of 2022. Only the Estonian economy is slowing down the overall statistics, writes Citadele Bank economist Martins Abolins. And while several sectors are showing clear signs of improvement, the weakest link in the region's economy remains the construction sector.
