As the head of the region, Radiy Khabirov, said at the plenary session of the “Retail Days in Ufa 2024” forum, projects for the construction of production sites for large marketplaces are being actively implemented in Bashkortostan.
“In 2024, we plan to open a logistics complex of the Ozon company in the Blagoveshchensk region. The emergence of a logistics warehouse will lead to the formation of a certain field of small and medium-sized businesses around,” he said.
Construction of the Ozon logistics center in Bashkiria began in August 2023. The facility is being built by Romex Group of Companies. The center is being built in an area of rapid socio-economic development. It will consist of a complex of class “A” warehouses with a total area of 93 thousand square meters. m. The center will store and sort food and non-food products with their subsequent shipment to marketplace clients. The volume of investments will be 6.1 billion rubles. When construction of the facility began, it was announced that it would be launched in early 2025.
