From 2025, heat pumps with a full test report will remain on the UTI list

From next year, only those pumps that have such a full test report from independent accredited laboratories in the EU or EFTA will remain on this list. The main purpose of the transitional period is to provide manufacturers, distributors and importers of heat pumps with additional time to carry out these tests.

From the point of view of producers, distributors and importers of these devices, it is advisable to provide as soon as possible to the Institute of Environmental Protection – National Research Institute (IOŚ-PIB) maintaining the list of UTIs, full test reports from independent accredited laboratories in the EU or EFTA for heat pumps that have be offered from this list to beneficiaries of the Clean Air program.

Which pumps disappear from the list of UTIs and Clean Air subsidies from June 13 this year.

Pumps reported or included on the UTI list before June 14, 2024 . – that is, until June 13, 2024 – which have the EHPA Q, HP KEYMARK or EUROVENT marks attached to them , and have not attached test reports carried out in laboratories in the EU or EFTA, will cease to be visible on this list as of June 14, 2024 .

Therefore, the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management reminds:

  • Heat pumps entered on the UTI list based on quality marks will be able to remain on it until December 31, 2024 – this is the final and deadline, therefore the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management encourages you to complete tests for these pumps as soon as possible;
  • These tests must be carried out in an accredited laboratory located in an EU or EFTA country;
  • Heat pumps with at least one of the European quality marks: EHPA Q, HP KEYMARK, EUROVENT will be able to be temporarily entered on the UTI list. This will only be possible for applications for entry on the UTI list submitted from June 14, 2024.

Applications for entry on the UTI list submitted by June 14, 2024, which are accompanied by certificates and do not include research that meets the program conditions, will be rejected – emphasize the experts of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.
