AMENDMENT TO THE LAW | The income tax-free minimum for pensioners will no longer increase; everyone will pay a security tax

According to the amendment to the Income Tax Law, the non-taxable minimum for persons who have reached retirement age will no longer increase along with the average old-age pension. It will be possible to increase the non-taxable minimum only by making a separate decision, as is the case with general non-taxable income, writes Maaleht.
