Minimum wage. Poles are clear about salaries
For night work, employees are entitled to an hourly wage allowance. It is 20 percent. hourly rate resulting from the minimum wage. The allowance can also be replaced by a lump sum.
To calculate the amount of the bonus for night work, divide the amount of the minimum wage by the number of working hours in a given month and then multiply this result by 20%. The result will give us the gross allowance for one hour of night work. The allowance for night work must be the same for all employees.
What allowance for working at night?
How much extra can night workers earn this year? There are 184 working hours in July, which means the bonus for night work is PLN 4.67 gross for each hour. In August and September, you have to work 168 hours, which means a bonus of PLN 5.12. In October, you have to work 184 hours (a bonus of PLN 4.67 gross). Employees will receive PLN 5.66 gross for night work in November, when they have to work 152 hours. In December, there will be 160 working hours, which means a bonus of PLN 5.38 gross per hour.
