The Allegro brand unquestionably tops the ranking according to the Value index (price-quality ratio). Link4 and Kia were very close to each other in second and third place, while Lidl was just behind the podium. Very good results were recorded by the Skoda and Decathlon brands, or more precisely by the online marketplace decathlon.pl. The list is closed by Warta, E. Wedel and Lavazza. As you can see, Poles can appreciate both brands strongly associated with low prices, but also those famous for high quality.

The ranking regarding the level of customer satisfaction is again won by Allegro, an unrivaled brand in its category on the Polish market. The next three places were taken by companies from the automotive industry: Audi, Toyota and Nissan. Lavazza, Apple Pay and Volkswagen also boast satisfied customers. The last positions in the ranking went to the Rossman, Honda and Volvo brands. There are as many as 6 automotive brands in the TOP 10.

TOP 10 Value and Satisfaction rankings among customers of a given brand show which brands have gained particular recognition among consumers. The high position in both rankings indicates an extremely positive perception of the brand, which was reflected only in two brands – Allegro and Lavazza.
